About the Platform

Is CoreBuild a course or software?
It is SaaS, subscription software. The CoreBuild Method Platform is an operating system for customer-facing teams, not a course or educational program. You log in, work through guided stages, and your team builds pipeline using structured, FM-informed frameworks.
Is it self-paced?
Yes. Each stage is available when your team needs it. There are no scheduled sessions, cohorts, or deadlines. You move at the pace of your actual sales cycle.
How does pricing work?
Plans are subscription-based, billed monthly or annually (annual saves 10%). Subscriptions auto-renew. You can manage billing and cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing term. Who manages the account?
Any licensed user can manage their own account. For Team and Company plans, an admin can oversee licenses, invite team members, and manage org-wide settings. The admin is a paid user, since they have full access to the portal, and can also hold a user seat at the same time.
Can I add my team?
Yes. Team and Company plans include multiple licenses, each with its own login. Admins can invite team members, manage seats, and view team-level output tracking.
Is it sales training?
No. CoreBuild is not a training program. It is a platform built from the FM buyer’s perspective that gives your team the frameworks and guidance to work more effectively, at every stage, on every account.
Does it replace our CRM?
No. CoreBuild complements your CRM. Your CRM records what happened; CoreBuild moves what happens next. The two work together, CoreBuild guides action, your CRM captures the record.
Does it replace what marketing creates?
No. CoreBuild works alongside your marketing assets, collateral, and campaigns. It focuses on the customer-facing team’s process, not content creation or campaign management.
Is it specific to one industry?
Yes, intentionally. The CoreBuild Method is built from 25+ years of FM buyer experience, and its prompts, service lanes, and delivery guidance are specialized for teams selling into facilities management. Only the text you enter into an AI feature is processed to generate a response, and it is not retained to train anything.
